A wonderful place to stay in Llandudno! It was my lucky day when I found the listing for the Rosedene. Such a lovely guesthouse with the friendliest and most helpful hosts! Andrea went out of her way to help me when I'd made a foolish error, and I was so grateful for her kindness! My room on the ground floor was very comfortable, and I made ample use of the lounge area, getting to know other guests and the resident dog and cat! The location is very convenient for area restaurants, and the Pier, Promenade, and tram for the Great Orme are only a short walk away. You can't go wrong booking this accommodation!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Rosedean guest house last weekend 8th to 10th July, its a beautiful house and so inviting. Mark and Andrea are fabulous hosts and can't do enough for you they make you so welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was soooo comfy. Even though breakfast is not available there was plenty of tea, coffee, water and an assortment of breakfast and snack biscuits which where replenished daily. Llandudno is so lovely with plenty to do and see, we can't wait to go back

Absolute Gem Stayed at this wonderful guesthouse and really cannot fault it in any way, shape or form. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Hosts Andrea and Mark were so very kind and helpful with everything and we were made to feel so welcome. It was like home from home. Outside seating with tables and chairs at the front of the property were a very welcome touch when returning after a day out exploring .... so nice to be able to sit here and watch the world go by. Thank you so much for a very memorable and happy stay .... we will be back.

Look no further We loved our stay here, it was just sooo comfortable. We were greeted by both friendly and helpful hosts and offered tea/coffee/brownies while our cases were taken to our room and we chilled on the outside tables and chairs. Room 2 was great, clean and the bed really nice & clean. Everything was clean and comfortable..I can’t say comfortable enough! Loved the guest lounge where we could bring a takeaway in the evening with plates, cutlery, glasses provided for our use. Will definitely have Rosedene as our first choice when visiting Llandudno again.

Had an absolutely brilliant stay at the Rosedeane Hotel. Andrea and Mark were really kind, friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for better hosts! The rooms are spotlessly clean and are well equipped with everything you could need. Will definitely be staying again in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Cannot wait to stay again in future.
