Outstanding! Just returned home from a three night stay in the Rosedene and can’t rate this guest house highly enough. Andrea and Mark were so welcoming from the off and couldn’t do enough for us! We arrived early before check in and were able to leave our cases safely. My son and his Dad then went on the speed boat and got completely soaked and Andrea allowed them to use a spare room to get changed and provided a fresh towel to get themselves dried off. Andrea then later took said wet clothes and dried them using their own tumble dryer - honestly above and beyond!! We were shown to our room (11) which was absolutely immaculate. There was water, tea, coffee, biscuits and cereal bars provided which were replaced daily. The smart TV was most definitely a hit with our 6 year old! We are so looking forward to returning again soon and we thank Andrea and Mark again for their warm hospitality in their beautiful home.

Wonderful Hotel, Exceptional Hosts We returned from 4 nights at Rosedene 2 days ago and we're already looking at the possibility of booking again later this year. The guesthouse is Wonderful. Homely, exceptionally clean, nicely restored/decorated, modern amenities, etc. It's the best experience we've ever had in a hotel/guesthouse anywhere. Andrea and Mark were so welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It felt just like home. Nothing was too much trouble. The GuestHouse don't do breakfast/food etc but that was what we wanted as were not really breakfast people, and theres plenty of cafe's and a Wetherspoon within a 2 minute walk. Although one morning we were offerred pastries and coffee which were wonderful and set us up for the day ahead. There was plenty of tea/coffee, biscuits, brunch bars, bottled water in the room with extra on the landings. Large Smart TV on the wall so we were able to log into our streaming accounts and not rely on terrestrial TV. We usually take a laptop and DVD's with us to watch but they remained in the case as we didn't need them. We are absolutely going back, hopefully this year. We absolutely recommend Rosedene to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, clean, well run, friendly guesthouse, close to everything Llandudno has to offer. Can't wait to go again. Fantastic Guesthouse I stayed recently for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay Mark and Andrea could not do enough to make us comfortable and gave us a lovely welcome on arrival The accommodation is very comfortable and in a beautiful quiet setting with easy access to shops beaches and restaurants We had access to a lovely living room with coffee and soft drinks and a lovely outside garden A beautiful place run by a caring couple I will definitely be back

What can I say... Absolutely outstanding! A truly wonderful place to stay, with the most welcoming, kind hosts, going above and beyond and totally exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend The Rosedene, on every level. The place is spotlessly clean, on a beautiful residential street, in central Llandudno. It was lovely being able to sit outside in the warm weather. A real bonus! Looking really forward to returning.

Fantastic guesthouse run by the lovely Mark and Andrea. Stayed here for 2 nights, the double room was nice and clean and well appointed with a large TV with Netflix etc. They also have a communal room downstairs with TV and a free to use Nespresso machine, this is ideal if you want to order a takeaway. The couple who run this place couldn't be more helpful even supplying us with a bowl of ice cubes one sweltering night when the supermarkets had run out. All in all a fantastic stay and we are looking to stay again very soon
