Lovely bright clean Guest House The Rosedene was recommended to us by a friend. We stayed there for 3 nights in May. It is very close to the beach and town centre. We didn’t need to use our car at all. It is the best Guest House we have ever stayed at. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so bright and clean looking. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and beds made. Fresh towels were put in on second day. Biscuit pot was filled daily much to my husband’s delight. Plenty of plug points for charging phones etc. Mark and Andrea kept us updated with info on our booking which was good. They helped us with advice on restaurants to try and their recommendations were spot on. We will definitely book there again next time we go to Llandudno.

This was our second year in a row, staying with Andrea and Mark. This place is lovely, very clean cosy and in a fantastic location. (on a quiet street but literally round the corner from the centre) The owners are very friendly and welcoming, even having a cold beer ready for us when we come back from hiking. I honestly can't recommend the Rosedene highly enough.
Perfect Place to Stay I had the loveliest stay at the Rosedene, I didn’t want to leave! Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts, my room was immaculate and the location is fantastic. I stayed with my dog Rosie as they’re also pet friendly, couldn’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent - friendly and welcoming hosts and lovely rooms Fantastic place to stay. Room very clean comfortable and well equipped.Mark and Andrea super hosts very welcoming and communication regarding arrival and departure details very useful. Location superb for both town and beach . Downstairs lounge area was excellent, although we didn't use it it is a great addition if you want to bring a takeaway in to eat. Thanks for being so welcoming. Will definitely be back
