Very pleasant & enjoyable. What a fabulous Guest House. A lovely welcome when we arrived, the room was spotless,very modern clean & everything you could need. Couldn't fault anything. In fact we were that impressed have booked again for July & August.A nice day room with a Large TV, Sofa tables/chairs & music & a fridge. There is a lovely outside area,perfect little suntrap,not just a table & chairs, we were also offered sunloungers if required.We were served drinks at reasonable prices.It's a perfect location,for shops & restaurants, & the beach & also The pier. Andrea & Mark we very friendly hosts & nothing was too much trouble. Felt like we'd known them for years. Would highly recommend. Can only put a few pics on as we're on them, oops

Excellent guest house The Rosedene is an excellent place to stay, it is well maintained and spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities the beds were made everyday and bedding and towels changed midweek, it is close to promenade and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Mark and Andrea are excellent hosts.
The Rosedene in Llandudno - excellent The Rosedene is in an excellent location for easy walking access to the sea front with its very wide promenade and pier. The house itself is immaculately clean and decorated, and the room we had at the front on the top floor was also very clean and well decorated. A comfortable stay for us for 2 nights, with plenty of eating options on the walk to the sea front. Definitely a good place to stay in Llandudno.
Amazing guest house Fantastic place to stay, Mark & Andrea are super hosts, very friendly and a lovely couple. The room was lovely everything you need for an enjoyable stay, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Location great close to all bars & restaurants. Highly recommended
Home from home Absolutely spotless and comfortable.Host very welcoming and informative.This accommodation is on a room only basis,but did not present a problem as good selection of small cafes in the vicinity.Highly recommended for a short stay.Will definitely be back.
