Couldn't have chosen better for our first experience in Wales A lovely place and lovely stay. Andrea and Mark (and Oscar) could not have made us more welcome; they treated us like friends and gave good advice, before our arrival and while there. Our room was large and comfortable and everything worked well. (The towel warmer was a bit of a mystery, but not needed.) Everything was clean and peaceful. The location was excellent - not too far to walk from the train station, and close to shopping, dining options, and the boardwalk area. And Llandudno itself was a great choice for our first exposure to the country - just a delightful town, with friendly people, more to experience than we'd expected, and a good center for touring northern Wales. We will have to see the south also, but otherwise would not hesitate to return to the Rosedene.

Top of my list for a stay in Llandudno This was my 2nd stay at The Rosedene. A warm and friendly welcome from Mark and Andrea on arrival. The weather had turned chilly and the heating had been put on, so the room was very warm and cosy. The guest house was impeccably clean throughout and beautifully decorated. The room contained everything I needed for a short stay, plenty of wardrobe space, coffee, tea and biscuits. The bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. The shower was easy to use and powerful. The tv was easy to operate and wifi instructions were provided. The downstairs lounge is available to sit and eat takeaway food, with crockery and cutlery provided. They also offer a drinks service. The guest house is great value for money. The location is perfect as both town and seafront are a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying at The Rosedene and will definitely be returning.
