Wonderful home from home From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Andrea was very down to earth and approachable, nothing too much trouble, had drinks served outside in the sunshine. The room ,and whole place was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, the place smelt gorgeous. I sometimes struggle to feel comfortable in places when I'm away from home, but definitely not here. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely return. We wouldn't wish to stay anywhere else in Llandudno. 10/10

Amazing hotel!! I've just come back from staying at The Rosedene for 6 nights and can I say it was amazing!! When I arrived, I met Andrea and Mark and they have both been amazing throughout my entire stay. The service they provided was amazing, my room was cleaned every day. My room was beautiful and well decorated, it made me feel like I was at home. Lovely white linens and fresh towels in my room every other day also there was some nice little touches in the bathroom. The Rosedene is only a short walk from the centre of Llandudno town centre, pier and beach. It was my first solo holiday by myself and Andrea and Mark made me feel at ease when it came to my accommodation. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Andrea and Mark x

Lovely Hotel The Rosedene Hotel is lovely and in a perfect spot. Andrea and Mark were very welcoming and friendly nothing was to much trouble. We stopped for 2 nights. We had a family room as we took our grandson with us. It was very clean and the beds were really comfy nice fluffy towels. Tea and coffee biscuits in room.

Really enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of it being licensed in the evening, and with lovely hosts, what more do you nee Greeted with a warm welcome by Mark and Andrea then showed to our room promptly. We had a basic room, but everything was lovely, it was spotless!!. Lovely white linens and towels with small touches in the bathroom. It was a memory foam mattress which I'm not a fan of, but they do have other options. A lovely stay, with the perfect hosts.

Excellent Absolutely fantastic hospitality,spotlessly clean would not hesitate to stay there again anyone who stays there will not be disappointed. And Llandudno itself is a beautiful place, plenty to do for Couples and families and plenty of places to eat out😁😁
