Perfect guest house in Llandudno We had a wonderful two day stay with Mark and Andrea at the Rosedene this weekend. The rooms are lovely, the beds super comfy and Mark and Andrea were just so lovely and welcoming. Perfect location just behind the main parade and pier. We are long time visitors to Llandudno and this guest house is the best we have stayed in. Clean, modern, well decorated. We particularly liked how accommodating they were for my FIL who needed a ground floor room with a step in shower - room one was just the job. We had a king sized double, which was splendid - very light and an above average size room. Decor and amenities were fresh and the TV was a smart, wall mounted one - so plenty of ability to you tube and net surf from bed. The street was lovely and quiet and we didn’t struggle to find spaces for free parking on the road itself. Just a hop and step from the Orme tram stop, the pier, marine drive, the main town and our favourite restaurant, The Osbourne House Hotel. Such a lovely weekend.

Friendly, great location and great hosts! Stayed as the Rosedene for two nights and what a brilliant experience we had. Andrea and Mark were so friendly and helpful at all times. Anything we needed at any time they was happy to help with, nothing was to much trouble! There was so many nice little touches as part of our stay too and always made sure we was okay. The room was also brilliant, it was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. This is by far the best place we have stayed in Landudno and it was in a brilliant location! Thanks again Andrea and Mark!

Perfect place to stay Cannot recommend this beautiful place enough, central and convenient, spotless room, wonderful friendly welcome everything you need, Andrea and Mark were simply excellent hosts and could not do enough, lounge is comfortable and has everything you need will definitely be back as soon as possible , thank you for a wonder stay

Excellent stay Stayed at the Rosedene guest house for 3 nights for our Anniversary and as a very fussy person I can honestly say it's the nicest we have stayed in, on entering the guest house there is a lovely aroma, the rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable, Andrea and Mark are a lovely couple that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, there is also a communal room which you can sit in and they have even provided fresh water, milk, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc so you can make a drink and take your own food in if you wish which is a lovely bonus and very unusual, at the front of the property is a lovely little garden with tables and chairs and has the sun directly on it, we sat there for an hour or so with a beer each day before getting ready for the evening, it was lovely and peaceful, we even got a parking space right outside the door which was great, the property is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops and about 5 minutes to the pier, also a very short walk to the great orme, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
