Well what can I say about this B&B other then it is one of the cleanest more homely B&B I have been in yet.I have been in a few hotels and B&B in Llandudno and my self and my son Nathan have never felt so at home in the company of Mark & Andrea, everything you need in one room from a fan to hairdryer, snacks water, do not hesitate about going or booking this B&B you will not be disappointed. Amazing hotel and lovely hosts. Beds were very comfy and the lounge was beautiful. right near the beach and places to eat. Will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend! Wonderful hosts, wonderful room, clean, bright, quiet area, lots of restaurants nearby, lots of tourist locations that are almost nearby, wonderful views, lots of locations for children, local hospitality at the highest level.

Lovely stay spotlessly clean , items like breakfast bars and water replenished everyday , Andrea and Mark lovely proprietors as a mystery shopper myself I could not fault it . Definitely give this a stay you will enjoy it , nothing to much trouble if you need anything.

Llandudno is a very beautiful city and we are lucky we got to stay in this beautiful guest house. Beds comfortable, no noise, quite and peaceful. Very good location, most places at walking distance. Reasonable price. Host was a lovely couple who welcomed us and make our trip very special. Thanks. Highly recommended
