The best place to stay in Llandudno!! Absolutely incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly and homely. Mark and Andrea made us feel so welcome and treated us like VIPs. We had such a fantastic stay and we will not be staying anywhere else in Llandudno, The Rosedene is our new go to place. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it - you won’t regret it! I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you both for a fantastic stay! X

Ideally located, well presented guesthouse We had a lovely short break at the Rosedene which is an ideal location to explore Llandudno and it's attraction. Nothing is too much trouble for Andrea and Mark and our room was comfortable and quiet. No breakfast is actually a bonus as you can get up when you want to and there are lots of cafes a short walk away. We will definitely be booking again if we're ever in the area.

Great Hotel Fantastic hotel really enjoyed my stay. Owners were very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t have done anymore to look after me and my friends. Lovely spacious rooms can’t recommend the hotel more to people if they are looking for somewhere to stay.

Golf trip Few days away here with some golfing friends. Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. Property is first class, great placement for everything. Rooms are spotless and the little touches around the place really make a difference. Choccy biscuits in the rooms. Fab. Beer was top drawer. We will be back again. Thanks to you both

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at The Rosedene! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Rosedene in Llandudno. The location is ideal – just a short 2-minute walk to cafes, bars, and restaurants, under 5 minutes to the seafront, and about 7 minutes to the tram – all while being tucked away on a peaceful street away from the hustle and bustle. Andrea, the hostess, and her husband were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips and a warm welcome. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all with so many nearby options. Andrea and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even providing vegan milk and delicious vegan treats in our room – such a thoughtful and personal touch! The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully combining traditional charm with tasteful, modern décor. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the bed gave us a perfect night's sleep. Free street parking was another bonus. We would highly recommend The Rosedene to anyone visiting Llandudno – in fact, we’ve already shared the details with friends and family. Can’t wait to return!
