The Rosedene is a beautiful, spotlessly clean guest house, in an ideal central location, close to promenade, pier, shops, bars, cafe and restaurants. The day before check in, I knew this would be a great place to stay as Andrea contacted me to say she had already made my room up and it would be available to use from early the next day. This was ideal for me as I was arriving during the morning to park up in readiness for watching the Welsh Open snooker semi finals and final over the weekend of 17th & 18th February, afternoon and evening sessions. Both Andrea and Mark are excellent hosts and made me fully welcome as soon as I arrived. Highly recommended. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

Our host Andrew was fantastic and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. As a vegan I am used to having to ask for non dairy milk to use with the tea/coffee in the room and I am usually told that there isn't any but there was already some in the room and when I told Andrea that I was vegan she brought me more. She even recommended restaurants in the area that offered vegan options. The room was gorgeous and immaculate like a luxury 5 star hotel. The entire property was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. We cannot recommend The Rosedene enough and will definitely be staying again.

A fantastic stay with great host Mark & Andrea, our room was a family room with adequate space for the 3 of us. Tea coffee facilities was excellent & replenished daily with a great selection of biscuits. A variety of breakfast biscuits was enough to tide you over until seeking breakfast elsewhere as it does not cater for breakfast. It is truly like home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark & Andrea.

Excellent location, Andrea and Mark so welcoming and perfect hosts. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated, with lovely little touches. Certainly cured my phobia of B&B's we will definately return in the future.
