We had a lovely stay and were genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, with lots of thoughtful little touches that made it feel welcoming. Every day coffee cups were filled with cookies and biscuits, which was such a nice surprise 🥰. The whole place is exceptionally clean✨. Even the carpet on the landing looked immaculate, honestly,the cleanest I’ve ever seen in this kind of accommodation. The decor is lovely, and there is fresh cold water in the fridge every day for guests, which was really appreciated. The small toiletries provided were another thoughtful touch. Everything showed real attention to detail and care ❤️. I’m not easily impressed, but place definitely exceeded my expectations. I will happily stay here again and highly recommend it ❤️. Grace &Kev

Just want to say this was our first time staying here...and we definitely plan on returning we were made to feel very welcome by andrea from the moment we arrived....the room number 6 that we were in was beautiful and clean beautiful fresh bedding spotless through out.. plenty of tea/ coffee& biscuits in the room too...andrea is very attentive to ensuring you have a lovly stay .thank you...mel.& mark reece.x

I stayed at The Rosedene for 4 days. Andrea and Mark are lovely hosts and very helpful. I had the small single room but really big enough for one person. The room was very, very clean as the rest of the house and beautiful decorated. Everything you need is a stone throw away. You really have a big choice of breakfast opportunities around the corner. The bus stop is within a two minute walk.

The Rosedene is a lovely guest house,situated in the heart of Llandudno,Mark&Andrea are a lovely couple who own the guesthouse,the rooms are very modern clean and comfortable.
