So glad we found this gem of a place A lovely warm and very friendly welcome from Andrea the moment we arrived. Great introduction to our accommodations facilities which were many....fresh replenished water in fridge in the guest lounge, with TV, WiFi, smart speaker, where you could also help yourself to on tap tea and coffee. Tables to sit and eat should you wish to bring in a breakfast or snacks. It's a licensed place, so could ring the 'beer bell' and choose from a selection of top quality wine, beers and spirits which were all priced well - really good value and was a welcome touch that added to our relaxing break. Host Mark kindly brought the drinks to us and was great to meet him too. He knows a good Sauvignon! Me and Mom sat outside the front of the guesthouse on the lovely seating, enjoying a really nice bottle of wine in the sunshine. Our room (twin ground floor) was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as is the whole place, clean and well looked after, comfy beds, great linen and pillows. Tea and coffee with a good selection of biscuits and cereal bars in rooms too. Good supply of sockets and usb ports. Location is ideal for a short walk into town and to the promenade and pier, restaurants. Mark and Andrea are the perfect hosts with the right balance of being available, present, but also ensuring you have all you need to enjoy your stay as you wish. Andrea offered attentive and thoughtful gestures when understanding my Mom had some health needs. Mom and I were really happy and will return. Thankyou both, you really have a gem of a place x

Our fourth visit—and it won’t be our last! The Rosedene is an absolute haven in Llandudno. Immaculately clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walk from the seafront. Andrea and Mark are always so welcoming and thoughtful—it’s like visiting old friends. We always leave feeling rested and already planning our next stay.
