Friendly, great location and brilliant owners! Stayed as the Rosedene for two nights and what a brilliant experience we had. Andrea and Mark were so friendly and helpful at all times. Anything we needed at any time they was happy to help with, nothing was to much trouble! There was so many nice little touches as part of our stay too and always made sure we was okay. The room was also brilliant, it was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. This is by far the best place we have stayed in Landudno and it was in a brilliant location! Thanks again Andrea and Mark!

Reveling in The Rosedene. Absolutely everything. Fantastic hospitality from Mark and Andrea the owners....nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful accommodation, the room was lovely with a very comfy bed and exceptionally clean. There is also a guest lounge which includes tea and coffee making facilities plus Tv (these are also in every bedroom plus Wifi)....glasssware, cutlery,plates etc are also provided for takeaways other foods you wish to take in. The Rosedene is located just off the town centre with a very short walk to all amenities that Llandudno has to offer. A little gem,great value for money .....many thanks Julie and Dave xx

Acogedor hotel céntrico en un entorno tranquilo y bello Excelente ubicación, céntrico pero muy tranquilo, y el lugar muy bonito en su decoración y estilo. Andrea y Mark muy agradables y siempre atentos.
