Fantastic place to stay. Andrea and mark are such lovely hosts. Always on hand with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spotless and well maintained. You can see they put a lot of effort into the upkeep. Stayed there many many times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Llandudno.
Homely and welcoming A very warm welcome as always from Andrea and Mark, stunning and homely hotel. It really is a home from home, this is our third year staying here. The perfect location, just a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The views are fantastic with plenty of exploring to do, we look forward to returning next year. Smith family
First Rate We spent a few nights at the Rosedene and the experience was absolutely a great one. Very clean and bright rooms and impeccable service and attention by Andrea and Mark who run The Rosedene. Very convenient location close to all amenities and a great base for further afield in North Wales. It was very much the linchpin in making our holiday a wonderful experience. Look forward to returning somedsay soon. Highly recommended.
Absolutely Fantastic! After reading the fantastic reviews we knew The Rosedene would be a wonderful place to stay, and it didn’t disappoint. From the welcome messages to the warm welcome we received on arrival, it was a real pleasure to interact with Mark & Andrea. The period property is beautiful, impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could think of catered for. The hosts were very tentative and informative of the area and had suggestions for the wonderful experiences we had. The property is on a quiet road, and we found a free spot to park right outside. It was a very short walk to the beach and shops and perfectly located for a plethora of choices for food and drink. The room was perfectly sized and very quiet, you wouldn’t even know the other rooms were all occupied! We will be recommending The Rosedene to everyone we know, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see it win multiple awards! We will definitely be returning for more than 2 nights next time, as Llandudno is the most beautiful seaside resort. Truly a picture postcard location.
Everything you need for a relaxing stay and in a great location Great hosts, great rooms, great stay! Especially the ‘beer bell’) 🤭 Andrea and Mark really look after their guests, although they don’t offer b/fast there’s plenty of choice to eat out and the use of a communal lounge dining room to take your own food and eat it in comfort ( hence the beer bell) 😁
