Just spent 5nights here, what a lovely place to stay, Andrea was very welcoming, ans nothing was to much trouble.I didnt get to meet mark this time. We stayed in room 3 and it was beautifully decorated and had a lovely comfy bed, lots of space in the room. Room cleaned daily, I cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thanks for a fab stay

What a lovely place so modern and spotlessly clean the Bedrooms are lovely Mark and Andrea are so friendly and nice I really can’t speak more highly of this Guest House very close to all amenities and the Beach and Pier will definitely be returning
Rosedene is a very clean and modern, tastefully decorated guest house with friendly hosts, Andrea and Mark. Definitely good value compared to other places. It's only a 3 minute walk to the seafront and even less to the main shops, restaurants and attractions. Although breakfast is not served here there are nearby cafes etc and tea, coffee, biscuits and water were always available in the room or lounge. It felt more like a hotel than a guest house for good reasons and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The Rosedene exceeded our expectations - from the start - we were met outside and welcomed by Andrea - the hotel was immaculate, spotless and finished to a high standard. Andrea and Mark were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and bright and newly refurbed to a high standard. It is situated really near to all Llandudno has to offer but was quiet and peaceful at night time. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to family and friends, it will definitely be our go to place for trips to Llandudno
