A wonderful 2 night stay at this lovely hotel, which is in an ideal location, in the centre of Llandudno, with the beach and pier being only a few minutes walk away. Mark and Andrea are the most welcoming, lovely people who could not do enough for me, throughout my stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including comfy beds, tea and coffee, water, biscuits and a good shower. An iron is also available, which was perfect for me as I was on business travel and had shirts to iron. It's likely I'll be back in Llandudno for work again and I will definitely be heading back to the Rosedene.

The Rosedene was recommended to us by a friend and this is our second stay there. The owners Mark and Andrea are really lovely and were very helpful when we needed suggestions on places to eat. It is the best Guest House we have ever stayed at. It was so lovely and bright, clean and modern. We will definitely go back there next time we visit Llandudno

The Rosedene is a really excellent guest house with very clean modern spacious rooms and excellent décor. The owners Mark and Andrea are really friendly welcoming and helpful. This is in an ideal location right in the centre of Llandudno a 5 minute walk from the Pier and there are plenty of nearby places to eat and visit. Rosedene does tend to get booked up, which is not surprising, so if you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Llandudno, look no further but make sure you book early to avoid being disappointed.
